Souto House

The Souto House, formerly a single dwelling, was divided into two separate dwellings upon its recovery in 2012, one 1 bedroom flat and another 2 bedroom flat. The house is made of stone, and its rustic appearance was maintained, ensuring however that the inside would provide all the modern comfort to its inhabitants. The house is connected to the Quinta Calçada do Souto by a short path that surrounds the vineyard. Overlooking the vineyard and the valley, the house enjoys a calm environment, and is a haven for those wanting a holiday in the countryside, only disturbed by the chirping of birds. Located in northern Portugal, the farm is dedicated to rural tourism, wine tourism and agritourism. The visitor enjoys a relaxing holiday in the nature, where he may participate in the characteristic tasks of a farm in full operation. He can also take advantage of the prime location of the farm and its proximity to the most interesting cities of the north of Portugal, to make a touristic tour through the region.
